Happy Holidays & Thank You!

I hope that everyone out there had a wonderful, safe and happy holiday and that Santa was good to all of the little wee ones that I have had the pleasure of meeting this year!

I have to give a big THANK YOU to all of the people who participated in my very first toy drive for Toy Mountain and made Christmas just a little brighter for many of the families who may have had nothing or very little this year. The fact that we were able to accomplish this made my Christmas much brighter too, and makes me feel so lucky for all that I have!

Just a few more sessions left before the end of the year and then on to big things in 2010!

A Very Special Session {Baby, Toddler}

At the beginning of this blog you will see an adorable, chubby little bald baby girl named "E". She was one of two babies at my very first ever baby session after I decided to switch from horses to children. I was absolutely delighted recently when I the opportunity to go photograph little "E" who is now three and her equally adorable (and chubby!) little brother "O".

I can't believe how big she has gotten!!!

Isn't he just adorable? Little "E" is great with her baby brother!

Thank you to Mom and Dad for having us out for lunch and a great playdate!

Baby "J" {Newborn}

I had a great session this afternoon with some old friends of mine and their baby "J". J is 3 months old now, so they were back to see me for his 3 month photos as part of their "Baby Steps" package. (a session at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year to track baby's rapid growth and all of their little changes!)

Seeing them again was great and J is a total doll and complete ham for the camera, I had SO much FUN! It reminded me though that I never ended up posting his newborn pictures - so here they are!

I can't believe how much Little J has grown! Just wait until you see his 3 month pictures!

Christmas Toy Drive! {Charity}

This year I have decided to do a Toy Drive for Toy Mountain! We spend so much time caught up in the rush and joy of the holiday season that it becomes easy to forget that not everyone is having such a wonderful time. The thought of a mother or father not being able to afford a toy for under the Christmas tree, or a child wondering why they made Santa's naughty list this year just breaks my heart! So this year everyone that books a session and brings a new unwrapped toy to be donated to Toy Mountain will receive a complimentary session and 5x7 print!

The Wait Is Over {Newborn}

A while back I posted some images of a beautiful mother to be and her husband and promised that I would at some point in the future share the images of their lovely daughter "S". She is just the prettiest little baby and Mom and Dad did an AMAZING job of keeping her happy and quiet to produce some of my favourite images to date. I just might have to hire them on as full time assistants! :P

I love how cozy and comfy she was resting in her Daddy's hands, she just knew he would keep her safe! I also think its adorable how she's stretching her arm out like a little kitten sleeping on a branch!
